On the evening of May 9tableseagames, China Merchants Shekou announced thattableseagamesFrom January to April 2024, the company has achieved a total of 257 contracted sales areatableseagames.630,000 square meters, with a cumulative contracted sales amount of 588tableseagames.31 billion yuan.

In April alone, China Merchants Shekou achieved a contracted sales area of 910,400 square meters and a contracted sales amount of 18.623 billion yuan.

On the ground, the announcement stated that since the sales and land purchase briefing was disclosed in March 2024, China Merchants Shekou has added a new plot, named No. 4 (2024) West of Daxue South Road and South of Guijiang Road in Erqi District, Zhengzhou City, with a planned building area of 107,400 square meters, and China Merchants Shekou's equity accounted for 49.5%. The price to be paid is approximately 179 million yuan.
